Return & Refund Policy

At Disposable Vaping, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide top-quality disposable electronic vapes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of disposable vapes, we accept returns only under the following conditions:


- The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
- The item must have a manufacturer defect or was damaged during shipping**.
- You must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will approve the refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

 

3. Shipping Costs


- Defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged products.
- Non-defective items: If the return is for any reason other than damage or defect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Exemptions


We do not accept returns for:


- Opened or used disposable vapes.
- Items that have been used for more than **24 hours** after being opened, unless they are defective.
- Products purchased on **clearance or final sale**.
